From the 10th to 15th September, 2017, The Civic Education for Participation Program will held it is forth activities in 2017 under the title: “Dialogue on Economy and Budgeting”. The workshop included twenty-six participants from all around the country.
The main aim of the workshop is to build the capacities of young people and equip them with the basic Economic knowledge required to to be able to actively participate in the public debates and to be able to lead social change in their communities. The workshop was designed to create an experiential learning environment to provide young people with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes in that aspect.
By the end of the camp, the participants will acquire knowledge about, Economic main theories and models, processes, analysis, as well as Macro and micro Economics in relation to the Egyptian reality. The participants also will acquire skills such as critical thinking, dialogue, participatory leadership and consensus building.
